These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products through gobare.co by GO BARE LAB, SL (CIF: B70896881). By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

OUR PRODUCTS.

All products sold on gobare.co are cosmetic products intended for external use only. Product descriptions, images, and ingredient information are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to modify product formulations, packaging, or availability without prior notice.

PLACING AN ORDER.

By completing checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. Prices are shown in EUR inclusive of applicable VAT.

PAYMENT.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY.

We currently ship to Spain, the EU, and the UK. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch. GO BARE LAB, SL is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES.

EU orders are not subject to customs duties. UK customers may be subject to import charges upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

RETURNS & REFUNDS.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@gobare.co within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

All content on this website is the property of GO BARE LAB, SL. The GO BARE trademark is registered in the EU and UK. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or intellectual property without prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GO BARE LAB, SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
